There is something called fluency illusion which is an illusion where you think you know something when in reality you actually don’t. To do away with this illusion, there are three ways. First, you try to test yourself. Closing your book, you ask yourself question like ‘what is the most important concept of the book?’ and you try to ask what is the main theme or the main point of the book? The second way is to try to teach what you learned to other people. Try to teach in very simple language. This way, you can figure out some parts that you were unaware that you don’t know it.
